In Windows 10, right click on the file and choose "Pin to Task Bar" so you have a one click way to launch it. Find the file WorldOfWarships.exe in that folder. The game itself is installed in C:\Games\World_of_Warships_NA. The game center is installed in it's own folder and won't run unless invoked. If you are running a different version of Windows, there may be a different way to disable it in startup, but it's been awhile.
